How to troubleshoot Tower Rush and check recovery of an accepted round

Check money, FUN and the active bonus

Accepting Build requires a permitted stake and sufficient funds in the selected mode. Read the unit beside the amount: INR, another operator-account currency or FUN. Demo credit does not fund a real-money wallet. Money in another wallet does not mean the current bet is funded either. Compare the balance and amount from one selected funding source.

Free Bet and Free Amount serve separate purposes. The first specifies a number of free bets, while the second provides a bonus amount. For example, 10 × 100 FUN means ten bets of 100 FUN, while Free Amount of 1,000 FUN is an in-game bonus amount. These rules examples are not an offer from a particular casino for an Indian account.

Disable an active Free Bet or Free Amount before playing with real funds. Otherwise, insufficient bonus funds cause the corresponding error. Money in the main wallet does not resolve it. Increasing the stake does not help either: identify the selected funding source and read its balance first.

1. Read the rejection message and check the selected mode.
2. Compare the stake with the balance and the current configuration's permitted values.
3. Check the active in-game bonus and disable it when switching to your own funds.
4. Confirm from history that the rejected action was not accepted before sending the next bet.

Rejection before acceptance is not a loss, while an accepted first Build starts a round with a fixed initial stake: changing the amount afterwards applies to the next cycle and does not recalculate the existing result.

What to do if animation freezes after a bet

After stake acceptance, recover the existing round, checking request confirmation first and final status next: the server determines the result, while connection and device performance may delay animation updates.

Separate pressing the button from server acceptance

Pressing Build, server confirmation and floor movement are different events. In one demo episode, 0.240 seconds passed between requesting a 10 FUN stake and its acceptance. The interval to confirmation was measured. It is not a standard for every launch and cannot establish animation duration or your connection speed.

A round moves from readiness and the Build request through acceptance, floor result and the decision to continue or Cashout, to final settlement. An intermediate pending state does not become a completed cycle merely because animation disappears, before the result and related credits are received.

The amount can be changed before the first action is sent. After acceptance, cancelling a stake does not replace Cashout. Cashout is available after a successful floor and before final settlement. If the button is no longer available, a late press cannot be treated as a confirmed payout merely because it happened on screen.

Return to the existing record

Restore the connection and open personal history in the same account. Find the record by its identifier. Compare the initial stake, currency and status. Do not substitute the public player feed for this check: other players' events do not confirm movements in your wallet.

1. Retain the visible message and previous round details if the interface allows them to be read.
2. Restore the normal internet connection without changing the access country.
3. Return to the game or its history in the same account.
4. Find the accepted bet by identifier and amount.
5. Check final settlement and balance; give these details to support if they differ.

In my demo episode, returning after 45 seconds in the background restored the same round: one debit of 10 FUN and one credit of 15 FUN. The net result was +5 FUN. I did not send another bet to restore it. This is a specific check result, not a promise of a payout after every disconnection.

Reading history again does not create a new payout. One game-event identifier corresponds to one credit: redrawing the screen, repeating a response or opening the record on another device does not increase its amount. If two identical rows appear visually, compare identifiers and the balance change rather than automatically adding them.

When switching devices, compare the same wallet and mode: checking one account after settlement showed the same server balance without a transfer between phones, while a new demo session with starting credit is not a copy of a real-money account.

What an hour without connection means

If the connection is lost after stake acceptance and is not restored within an hour, the original's rules provide for ending the round after that inactivity period. Recorded winnings reach the balance automatically. The condition applies to an already accepted cycle. A frozen screen alone does not create an entitlement to winnings.

Do not count this hour from opening the lobby or use it as a bank-transfer deadline, support response time or reason to repeat Build: the rule concerns an accepted round whose record and actual result need checking.

Without a network, the app shell may remain open. Server-side bets and the cashier are unavailable. Sound can be muted, but that setting does not change payout calculation. Animation movement is not an independent monetary event either: confirmed transactions change the balance, not local phone settings.

Do not bypass an established limit

A session limit stops the next bet but does not cancel settlement of one already accepted. In the checked profile, it was 30 minutes. Reaching that time does not trigger automatic Cashout. The accepted cycle retains its own server-side completion.

Do not link a monetary win cap to automatic cashout or the shared flight endpoint of another crash game: the original has its own continuation and manual Cashout procedure, explained in the Tower Rush rules.

How to distinguish a loss from a refund and double credit

Reconcile the debit, gross credit and net result for one round. Game hardware or software malfunctions provide for voiding the corresponding bets and payouts. The initial stake is returned. This void differs from both an ordinary loss and an intermediate pending state.

Frozen Floor does not create two payments when a later exit exceeds the protection. The larger final amount is credited once. In the example, this is 50 FUN. Expecting 70 FUN would double-count the protected 20 FUN.

Gross credit and profit also differ. From a payout of 15 FUN on a stake of 10 FUN, the net gain is 5 FUN. The 7.50 FUN returned after a void only restores the debit. Account for neighbouring rounds separately when checking the balance; otherwise, a deposit or another bet's payout may wrongly appear to fix the current issue.

What to give support and when to stop trying

Give operator support the specific record and discrepancy, not only “the game froze”. Include the account, Tower Rush and Galaxsys names, mode, currency, amount, round identifier, time with time zone and visible status. For events in India, using IST helps prevent the same clock time being mistaken for another moment.

Add what happened before the error: sending Build, receiving confirmation, choosing Cashout or returning from the background. If a screenshot was retained, remove passwords, one-time codes and payment secrets. Support needs comparable action and result information, not access to your funds or email.

Retain the case details first, then consider logout, updating or clearing site data. Deleting cookies in bulk should not be the first action during an unfinished round: it may change login state but does not cancel the server bet. Continue an open case under its existing identifier.

If the problem is in the login form, use access recovery. If Cashout is already credited but external money has not arrived, check the withdrawal request. Consider container installation and the mobile route separately in the app guide.

In the main launch check, I made 200 attempts: 5 in each of four series at ten operators. There were 0 launch errors in that matrix. Network incidents were tracked separately. The main series result does not guarantee continuous operation of your connection; stop game actions if an accepted bet's state and the balance differ.

Continue only after reconciling the state

Before the next bet, confirm final settlement of the previous round and agreement between balance and history, distinguishing pending, loss and refund. If the discrepancy remains, stop game actions and give the operator the existing record's details, without treating a redraw as a new payout.
